Best of March 2013 Redux v3

We have had a good number of submissions to the Infrared Showcase Gallery, this last month, although the number of Exposure Technique submissions has been a bit below average. The general quality of submissions remains high and, as usual,  picking a fair selection of work for this feature has been difficult.  We try to look for originality and technical quality, and we also like to present a range of subjects and styles. However, we wish to promote new members where we can. This month we have had several very smart additions to our ranks, and some of those works have made it to this feature.
