Victorian IR 9 Boroka Lookout

Description

Shot from Boroka Lookout in the Grampians, Victoria, Australia, this Okavanga Technique image shows the valley in which the little town of Hall's Gap lies, with early morning mist in the valley and over the surrounding plain. There appears to be a diminution in the classic IR effect on foliage - it is not so "white" as expected, but the IR component does allow more penetration of the mist than visible light allows.

i think that your technique is the "holy grail" of the digital landscaper who is not too concerned about ultimate realism. i can see many advantages of this tech. in survey etc. good one
